Where are products shipped from? We send all items from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Do I have to pay any import fees upon delivery? No, when you place an order on our website you are also charged with the VAT tax that corresponds with the destination country of the package (e.g. 23% for Ireland). We are registered with the European Union's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) taxation system to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities for items up to €150. Items with a total value above €150 (excl. shipping and VAT) are always shipped by FedEx, who settle the required duties, VAT tax and other import fees on our behalf. For orders to the United Kingdom, our shipping forwarder or FedEx Express settle the required duties, VAT tax and other import fees on our behalf to the UK Tax Authorities.
Which countries do we ship to? At this moment we can arrange deliveries to all countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Which shipping companies do we use? Upon checkout, you may see either one or both of the following shipping options: Standard Plus, FedEx Priority. We use the services of DHL, FedEx Express, and in some cases Hongkong Post. All services include tracking.
What is the estimated delivery time? After placing an order through our website, it will dispatch within 1-2 business days (not on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays). Delivery times depend on the service selected during checkout. Please be aware that around late November to end of December delivery times can be longer.
Do you ship radios with lithium (Li-ion) batteries? Yes, if your item is powered by a lithium battery, this will be included.
