Lithium battery shipment

Some of our products come with one or more Lithium Batteries as their power supply (please refer to the table below). Please be aware that we can only include these batteries with your radio(s) when during checkout you select Economy Plus, Standard Plus, or FedEx as the shipping method. When shipped using our Economy or Standard methods, lithium batteries (and Ni-MH batteries) cannot be included. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details on which delivery options we offer per country.

Following the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines, most airmail services have banned the shipment of lithium batteries. Lithium batteries are considered Dangerous Goods, because they pose fire and explosion hazards.
